Privacy Policy
We collect your name, contact details, property address and a description of the pest problem, through the quote form or over the phone. We use it to quote, schedule and service your property. It goes into our customer records system and nowhere else. Ask us to delete it and we will, except where a service record has to be retained.
The short version
Three things are worth knowing before the detail. We ask for the minimum needed to quote and carry out pest control work. We do not sell your information or pass it to marketing companies. You can ask what we hold and ask us to delete it, and we will answer.
Information you give us directly
Through the quote form. Your name, phone number, email address, the property address, and whatever you write in the message box about what you are seeing. The form also records a timestamp and carries a hidden field used to catch automated spam submissions.
Over the phone. The same details, taken by whoever answers. Calls may be recorded for training and dispute resolution. If a call is being recorded you will be told at the start, and you can ask for it not to be.
At the property. During an inspection or a service visit the technician records what was found, where, what was treated and any access notes, such as a gate code you have chosen to give us or the fact that there is a dog in the back yard. Photographs of a problem area may be taken and stored with the job record.
When you pay. Card payments are processed by a payment provider. We receive confirmation that a payment succeeded along with the last four digits and the card type. Full card numbers never reach our systems.
Information collected automatically on this website
The site uses a privacy focused analytics tool that counts page views, referring sites, approximate region and device type. It does not build a profile of you across other websites and does not sell that data.
We do not run advertising trackers or social media pixels on this site. Essential cookies may be used to keep a form submission working. If we ever add anything beyond that, this page changes first and a consent choice appears on the site.
Why we hold it, and the basis for it
We hold your details to do three things: respond to a quote request, schedule and carry out work at your property, and keep the service records that pest control work requires. Treatment records, product used, dates and locations are part of doing this work properly and are also the paperwork behind any warranty or termite report.
We may contact you about an upcoming scheduled visit, a re-treatment, or a renewal that is due. If we ever send marketing beyond that, every message carries an unsubscribe link and opting out takes one click.
Who sees it
Our technicians and office staff, so they can do the job. Our customer records and scheduling system, which is the one third party system holding this information. A payment processor for the transaction itself. Nobody else.
We do not sell personal information. We do not share it with data brokers, lead resellers or advertising networks. The only other circumstances where we would disclose anything are a lawful request from a court or regulator, or a business transfer, in which case the buyer would be bound by the same terms and we would tell you.
Where a property manager or landlord arranges service on a tenant’s behalf, the person paying for the work receives the service report for that property.
How long we keep it
Quote requests that do not turn into work: two years, then deleted.
Customer and service records: seven years from the last visit. Pest control treatment records, termite reports and warranty paperwork need to be available for that long, and a wood destroying organism report can be relevant to a property years after it was written.
Call recordings: twelve months.
Photographs attached to a job: with the job record.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for a copy, ask for a correction, or ask for deletion. Email [email protected] or call and ask for the office. We will confirm who you are before acting, and answer within 30 days.
Deletion has one limit. Where a treatment record, a termite warranty or a signed inspection report has to be retained, we keep that document and remove everything else. We will tell you exactly what was kept and why.
Florida and several other states give residents rights over personal information held by businesses, including access, correction and deletion, and the right to be free from discrimination for exercising them. We apply the process above to any request, regardless of which state you live in and whether or not a particular law covers you.
Children
This site is aimed at homeowners and property managers. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you think a child has submitted details through the form, tell us and we will remove them.
Changes and contact
If this policy changes, the revised version goes up on this page. Material changes will be flagged on the site rather than made quietly.
Questions, requests or complaints: [email protected], or call the office on the number at the top of this page.
